Built in the 16th century at the behest of the city after the end of the plague and the locust invasion (1526). The tympanum features the municipal coat of arms, the work of Giacomo da Varese (1569). The single-nave interior was enriched with stucco friezes in the 17th century. It is home to the Confraternity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, known as the Sacconi.
