Ancient parish church of the Monte Antico district, restored in the 19th and 20th centuries, it now features a Neoclassical-Art Nouveau style. The bell tower, located next to the apse and completed in 1921, is 18 meters tall. It houses a panel of Santa Maria delle Grazie (16th century), San Nicola di Bari (18th century), and the Chapel of Our Lady of Lourdes (1905). It is home to the Confraternity of the Most Holy Sacrament of San Niccolò, known as the Gonfalone.
